Marine Fueling Station

This highly requested project would provide county boaters and visitors to Olympia a deep-water, all weather, state-of-the-art marine fueling facility.  The project entails site selection, engineering, planning and construction of the fuel dock and support facilities.

Marina Stormwater Outfall Repairs

This project evaluates damages to storm water outfall at Swantown Boatworks.  Complete engineered solution to erosion and damage to the storm water outfall system returning system back into compliance. This project will provide the evaluation of the repairs necessary.  The implementation of the repairs will be funded and completed once the evaluation is complete and accepted.  

JKL Skiff Dock Replacement

This project will replace the last of the original skiff storage float which is located at JKL dock.  This dock is 35 years old and has reached the end of its useful service life.

Travel Lift Load Spreading Bars

The spreading bars will allow the slings to be spaced farther apart, allowing larger vessels to be hauled out safely and will encourage owners of larger boats to utilize our facility.

Swantown Marina Security Cameras

The purpose of this project is to continue enhancing the Swantown Marina Security Program.  The work will include installing additional cameras, allowing the Port to monitor currently "dark" areas.  The monitoring system has proven itself beneficial over time.

Swantown Marina Dock Repairs

Replace several severely damaged concrete tops of existing floats throughout the marina.  Several floats have already been repaired in prior years and this is a continuation of the repair program.
